York Beach Goes Mutual Aid To Ogunquit Fire

At approximately 0800 hours on Saturday September 10th, York Beach Fire was requested to respond with an engine to assist the Ogunquit Fire Department with a reported building fire. The fire was confirmed shortly after the time of the call and progressed quickly to a third alarm. The buildings size and the quick moving fire made for a very difficult task of controlling the fire. Our units cleared at approximately noon time. The fire remains under investigation at this time.
